The cooperation with NEW WORK SE started already in 2016, when we were allowed to host an office space for the first time for an associated brand, XING E-Recruiting, in the Kaisergalerie project. Subsequently, we developed and planned the offices of kununu and XING in Zurich, Vienna, Porto, Munich and Berlin, as well as other locations within Hamburg.

Early on, we started thinking about bundling the individual locations in Hamburg, and so in 2018 we were commissioned to assess the former Unilverhaus and create an initial utilization concept.

With the change of name from XING to NEW WORK SE, it was clear that a future company headquarters would have to provide much more than just workspace for almost 1,600 employees.

The result is the NEW WORK Harbour, where NEW WORK has been given an impressive face. In addition to very varied working environments, it is above all the special rooms that correspond to the spirit of NEW WORK. Multifunctional agile project rooms are just as much a part of the facilities as the gym or the Harbour Beach Club, where you can not only work in a relaxed atmosphere, but also swing towards the sunset.

Although the regular floors already offer plenty of variety, the top floor has been completely dispensed with the equipment with workstations in the classic sense. Here, different scenarios for creative working environments are offered.

The working day is rounded off by a drink in the company's own neighborhood pub, a rehearsal in the band room, or a view of the harbor in the evening from the roof terraces.

In this project, the Sieber team was responsible for the conception and design of all work areas, for the furnishing and support in the procurement of furniture for all areas.

In addition, we coordinated the furniture placement and organized the moves from three locations to the NEW WORK Harbour.
