Klein, aber mit großer Wirkung: Ein neues Referenzprojekt in Berlin
We are pleased to present another successful project: The Berlin branch of BayernLB and LB ImmoWert on Walter-Benjamin-Platz is shining in new splendor.
A particularly challenging project - it is rare to be so close to the individual needs of every single employee. This made intensive communication and forward-looking change management, which involved and integrated everyone involved, all the more important.
Sieber has transformed a conventional office space with a dark corridor area, functional cellular offices and a low quality of stay into a modern platform with a variety of new uses.
The result meets the highest standards: optimum spatial qualities, excellent working conditions for a wide range of tasks and places for social interaction - all in a prestigious, future-oriented design.

We are extremely pleased to announce that we have won the German Design Award 2025 for our Real I.S. project in Munich. In the category of "Excellent Architecture/Interior Architecture," the jury justified the award as follows:
"The office design for Real I.S. AG, Munich, has a modern and sophisticated feel. Its flexible design concept promotes contemporary collaboration and communication, while also offering a variety of retreat options. The integration into the existing historical building was respectful and of a high design standard."

We are proud to share that two of our projects received honours at Iconic Awards 2024!
Real I.S. Office, Munich won the Iconic Award in the Corporate Interiors category and New Work Base, Vienna received a Special Recognition. We are grateful to the German Design Council for this prestigious recognition, and our clients, Real I.S. Group Munich and New Work SE Austria.
This award is a testament to the passion and hard work that our dedicated team at Sieber puts into every project. We are motivated to create more such inspiring office spaces!
