InnoGames belongs to the leading developers and providers of online games worldwide. Since 2009 we have been accompanying the impressive growth from 30 employees in the beginning to more than 450 now. In 2012 we were commissioned to find a new location within Hamburg for up to 600 employees. After an intense requirements analysis of the required area structure we found a suitable property which, thanks to its ideal layout, could be significantly smaller than usually calculated.
During the design briefing stage InnoGames emphasized how important it was that you should notice and feel that you are at a games developer. The 26 meeting rooms which are designed on the basis of games classics contribute to this feeling. For example, job interviews often take place in the "Prince of Persia" or meetings in "Tetris". In addition to the development of a suitable office concept, we were responsible for the technical and creative conception, organized and coordinated the procurement, supervised the construction project and ensured the smooth relocation through our relocation management.
In 2017 we were given a follow-up commission to design the newly rented first floor as a multifunctional business premise which should ensure the employee catering, but be much more than just a "cafeteria". This area is intended to become the center of the company, giving an insight into the DNA of a games developer. The new “InnoGames TownHall” is an event area, restaurant, beer garden, reception and social area at the same time. Every small detail was developed in our house.
