The Real I.S. Group is one of the leading German providers of real estate investments for private and institutional investors. Its focus is clearly on ecologically, socially, and economically sustainable investments in Germany, Europe and Australia. The collaboration started in 2018 with the desire to integrate a contemporary and future-proof office concept. The given space was a 4-story rental area in a listed historical building in an attractive location in Munich, with a conventional cellular structure inside.

Together with the project team and directly with the executive boards, Sieber developed a completely new office structure for this building and presented a flexible and contemporary concept.

Even new insights into the requirements for the office, which became obvious during and especially after the Corona pandemic, could be served without changes to the concept. 

The building was completely renovated and the new office design was implemented in 3 construction phases during ongoing operations. From a functional office in a cellular structure with few and very limited offerings beyond the workplace, the historical building has developed into a collaboration and communication hub. A wide range of retreat options as well as spontaneous meeting areas are offered, as is a broad range of meeting options. Sieber has transformed the former offices into a platform of opportunities, which, in addition to an inspiring and motivating work and collaboration environment, also serves as a platform for corporate culture.
