Following the merger of a number of Group companies in Cologne, the property insurance companies of Talanx AG, HDI-Gerling Industrieversicherung and HDI-Gerling Firmen- und Privatversicherungen, as well as the central service company, have now also been brought together in a new Group headquarters in Hanover with a workforce of around 1,800.
After the old headquarters became too small, the insurance group has a modern administration building for around 2,000 employees with a total surface area of around 45,000 m² in the immediate vicinity.

Designed with maximum transparency, the building has become a striking example of modern office architecture, with the extraordinary atrium as the heart of the building being particularly impressive. Although a small-scale cell structure was to be implemented, the rooms and corridors are bright and flooded with light at all points, thanks to the high proportion of glass.
